My name is Hellfjord Heino and I am a writer, among other things. If you came across this site, you have likely heard or read Love Abused. It is a true story involving many years of my love life, and heartbreak.

After a heartbreak, I wrote sections of my life down for self-therapy reasons. After completing many sections of my life, I realized I wanted to share my story with the world in hopes of helping people dealing with abusive relationships, difficult situations and heartbreak.

I was born and raised in Austin, TX and moved to Dallas, TX, where the setting of Love Abused takes place. Before Love Abused, most of my career had been in pharmaceutical clinical testing and healthcare. I transitioned to a corporate career in project management in Dallas.

While I enjoy my day job, my passions are my hobbies, such as making furniture, cooking, gaming, cars/motorcycles and deep dive researching any topic I find interesting.

In my youth, I wrote many short stories, but never published. As I aged, I stopped writing and focused on my career. After the Love Abused events, I found my passion to write again - a silver lining to the events. I now have several projects lined up for the future, so stay tuned for more releases!
